Put the Chorus Block after a Cab Block
Select the 80's Style or the Triangle Chorus
..No Chorus effect in the output...

What is the mix setting?

Upload the preset so we can check your other settings without you listing everything.

Because of the Phase Reverse parameter in those Chorus types. Works only in stereo. You’re probably summing the signal to mono in the I/O settings.

What Yek said: phase cancellation problem. Set the Input for the AMP block on Left (or right) and it works.

It's not a patch problem
I tried ti create a new patch directly from Ax8 after the reset
And the problem persist

Negative
I have also completely reset (patch, cab and system settings)
And is set to stereo
The other chorus work regularly and are stereo

In this case resetting the unit doesn't solve anything since is a editing aspect. Try to use the 80's Style chorus before the AMP with the input select parameter on the AMP block set to LEFT

I’m sure it’s a stereo/mono issue.

Explain your output setup. How do you monitor: through a mixer, studio monitors, or headphones?
