Wish chording of footswitches

I'd like to be able to assign lesser used functions to chords of switches - for example, 5&6 could be looper record, 6&7 could be play, Etc

Those are called Scenes and already built into the system.

He means pressing two physical switches at the same time to reveal additional functions - much how you bank up/down on Strymons or that MC-6 controller.

It's always seemed a little awkward to me, but I'll always +1 a request for more control features.

I agree it's awkward, but less so (for me, at least) than tap dancing into the looper menu to hit the once switch. I've ended up buying a third party midi controller, which solves this problem nicely, but I'd rather solve it on the fx8 itself and save the pedalboard space
