Does your company offer good bass guitar presets? How about a good envelope follower effect? As a new user (primarily for rock bass) I could use a little help!
 
I really dig the sounds of your Petaluma Vol.1 presets, but as someone else mentioned, I hesitate to purchase without hearing the set on my rig. Have you looked into a "freebie" preset as previously mentioned? That would help with all of your products to make the sale, I think.

We're sorry but at the moment we haven't planned any freebies plan. Until platforms will not support a "hear before buy" system unfortunately we cannot do much more.

Another question or two.

What is the cost of these? I don't know what that "tax" thing means.

Once purchased, how do we get the presets (downloaded from your site, sent to our e-mail?)? Then do we just use Fractal Bot to upload them?

Hi Ron, we're based in EU, if you're are in USA you'll not pay any extra tax (=VAT).
Patches will be automatically available for download.
