I know it's an already discussed topic, but I don't want to browse between 15 threads on 5 forums to get this sorted out; a sum up of what I need/need to set would be more accessible to anybody trying to do the same thing. 
I know I have to set a MIDI lane and pick the spots where I want the change to happen, but not what parameters to set. (I'm using Cubase Elements 8 )
So yeah, other than the required hardware (Axe, Audio/MIDI Interface and Mac/PC) and a MIDI cable, what do I have to check/set to be able to change presets? (Both in Cubase and in the Axe I/O)
Some help would be much appreciated.
