Cant update my mark II?

I attached the pop-up window that Fractal Bot makes! What's going on? I'm on 2.01 beta and want the newest update.

EDIT 00:37: It still doesn't work! Axe edit seems to be the program the fucks it up. Fractal bot worked before installing axe edit. Now both of them dont respond I'm tracking bass right now with SeeD's bass preset and it lacks bass and seems vague

It happened to me.

I disconnected Axe Fx.
I uninstalled Fractal Bot.
I uninstalled Axe Edit.
I uninstalled the Fractal Driver.

I then reinstalled everything.
And then it worked.

If your using a pc then go to controllpanel>uninstall programs.

Are you connecting thru a 2.0 or 3.0 USB port?
Some 3.0 work, some don't.. depends on the vendor drivers..
Try using a 2.0 USB port.
