Sorry guys, this thread can be deleted after it's solved =)

I was reading the posts at mr. Clark Kent thread about the IRs he's doing when suddenly...

I agree. Mesa already has a lot of low end. Dial it out.

But really.. for the IIC+ it's all about that graphic EQ. You'd be surprised how much you need to scoop that sound.

I think for the IIC+ you can have the gains almost full on. I usually use the bright sim. Drop the bass. Boost the treble. Drop the master way low. Then the GEQ will handle the rest. If your IR is crap then you can't really boost the low and high band for "that" sound. I usually boost them around 6db. The 750hz is the most important one. It can be anything from -7 to -9.

But you need a proper IR for this.
