Cannot use editor while FCB1010 is in loop.

Hello,

First of all. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the ultra. My life just got a hell of a lot simpler. =)

I got a hold of a FCB1010 with the chipset upgrade it in, allowing the top row of the pedalboard to be use for stompbox mode. The ultra is all up to date and I am using an Motu Ultralight for in/out MIDI control.

Connections are as follows...

Out of Ultralight => in of the 1010 => Out of the 1010 => in of the Ultra => Out of the Ultra => back to the in of the Ultralight

For some reason or another, I cannot use the Editor unless I take the 1010 out of the loop. Would any of you fine people be able to explain to me the woe of my ways?

Did you set the FCB1010 to midi-merge mode? Its the first global setting in Ripwerx.

Thank you very much for your help, that was the issue. I haven't dont much work with midi... ever.... so this is kinda new to me. Apprecaite the hand holding =) Time to get the looper working now )
