Can you set a new block to default OFF for all scenes?

Do you know what I'm talking about? when you put a new block into a scene and it defaults to ON for all other scenes and you have to go back and turn it off for each scene. Small quality of life issue. but yeah. Can you default it to OFF ?

It is on automatically for convenience because we tend to want to hear the effect as we tweak it.

The Scene Manager is my final stop before I'm finished with a preset because it makes it easy to enable/disable blocks and set the correct channels in those blocks across all the scenes.

Look in the Block menu up top of Axe Edit. Select the block, open Block menu > All Scenes > Bypass or Engage.
