Can`t bypass the wah-block

First of all
I `d like to say "thank you " to all of you who took time to respond to those who needed an advice ..
This is a great forum where you can feel comfortable and you guys are the best.
To all of you my best regards...

now...
1. If somebody knows how to set the speed in the wah block?
( i don`t use an external pedal for it just the wah block in Ultra )
..and when I save a preset with the wah block bypass..when I recall that preset
It comes back with the wah block enabled..what I`m doing wrong?
2. It`s possible to copy and paste an effect block in the axe editor from one patch to another?
( how can I do that?)

Are you recalling the preset with the Axe itself or with a midi pedal?

I do make the change from axe edit...
I think I know what happened...and fixed the problem...
