Can MFC-101 receive MIDI to change IA to Green for Scenes?

I just thought about this and figure it can be done, just not sure how. Thought is to add MIDI block to a preset and on scene change have it send MIDI CC ON info for an effect that is on by default in that scene. Purpose being to change the MFC light for that IA to Green.

I have everything else working fine between MFC and FX III - even entered names for all my presets and IAs on the foot pedal. This is the last link for me until I can get an FC-12.

No, the MFC can't respond to CCs like that.
