Can I use FC and midi PC and CC at the same time?

Then I played on AXE II, my MFC was connected via Ethernet, and AXE was connected to keyboard sequencer via midi also. I had a tempo, PC, CC from the keys, and at the same time i was able to send the PC and CC from MFC. It was very good setup. Does someone use the FC and AXE III same way now? Is it possible?
 
I suspect you will be fine. I trigger PC messages from my computer utilizing a backing track and they work well in conjunction with the FC-12.
 
I played the last 15 gigs with the MFC-101 and an FC-6, both connected to the III. Worked like a charm. No quirks, nothing.
Since the III has no ethernet for the MFC and I hate tiny cables and wallwarts somewhere around my footboard, I added a 7-PIN connector to my panel, so I connect the MFC with one 7-PIN midi cable only.
BTW I have the FC-6 do the tempo and the tuner.
