Yes, and it's probably the biggest space/time saver in the FC, being able to have a preset selection also trigger layout switch from the "preset selection" layout to an alternate layout geared more toward what you need to actually perform the song(s) you use that preset for.
My "SONG MAIN" layout has 10 preset-in-bank selector switches with the "Layout Link" set to switch to "SONG PDL" along with the program selection on each, and the
[Tap Tempo/Layout] switch over there in blue:

Using the per-preset overrides, I give each preset the controls it needs:
When I need to change presets again, I stand on the "SONG MAIN" switch for a second or so, then let go, and it's back to "SONG MAIN".
I have an external stand-in switch for
[Bank+1/Reveal] and
[Bank-1/Tuner] switching:
