Can external Switch send two "CC" commands?

Hello Friends,
I'm from Germany, please excuse my poor English.
I try to use a mission pedal with spring and a switch. What I want to do is: press the button -> CC5, press the butten again --> CC10.
I need to send two CC commands to engage and shut down a external piece of gear.

I highly appreciate any help on this.

You should be able to program separate 'on' and 'off' CC commands?

Edit... Only values can be changed of a single CC number.

No, an external switch is limited to one CC on one MIDI channel. You can only change the VALUES.
An onboard switch would be required for what you want to do.
