Can anyone identify this bass?

I keep looking at it but I have no idea what kind of bass this is. Can't make out the headstock well enough either but it looks there's a logo there where a plate cover for the truss rod would be.

Hm, the headstock shape is familiar to me, but not the body.

It sort of has a Carl Thompson influence, but does not seem to be one of his.
