Calling Original LF users XY IA behavior

Hey guys do any of you have have an XY behavior assigned to an IA? If so how does it behave? I have my delay xy set to an IA and my first press never does anything. My second press will switch it to y and ever press after that will toggle back and forth. If I switch to a new preset it will take two presses to get it to switch to y for the first time again.
 
been a while since I did it, but you basically do it backwards (the command values) if i remember correctly, that's all i remember sorry.
