I don’t believe so.

There’s a bundle price for Cab-Lab 3 plugin and standalone together ($20 off buying individually), but as stated above, I don’t think there is an upgrade/crossgrade price (at least not that I’ve ever seen)

4. Can Cablab3 convert .syx to .wav?

No, there is no way to convert from proprietary .syx or .ir format to .wav. However with plugin version you can use it as an IR loader in your DAW and then apply .syx format cabs to material outside of the Ax*-Fx hardware.

I have to say that having to pay full price to upgrade from 2 to 3 sounds very wierd.
