Problem: Cab Lab's LIVE MODE fails when FX Loop - I/O 2 is used.
It will play the test tone so it's output appears to be working, but it isn't getting input.
Workaround: No FX Loop with LIVE Mode.
Comment: Please fix, many use external H/W to extend the FM3's DSP.
