Implemented CAB/BLOCK/PRESET refresh button in main UI

There is another wish for definable keyboard shortcuts... I could live with a keyboard shortcut. But, in short, I'd like quick and direct access to the refresh buttons that currently under Prefs-->Refresh.

I click a different block, and then back to the one that doesn't look like it is refreshing, and it refreshes.

In fact, I previously spec'd this for the PRESET PICKER and the CAB PICKER windows and even made the little refresh icon. I am sure other work is a higher priority at the moment.
