C minor 11 b5 chord

1.Listen to the record + 2. Use common sense = 3. That chart is wrong.

The chords in the passage you identified (in the original key) are super simple.
"-lessly" "devo" "-ted"
C#-7 C-7 B-7 B-7/E (E11)

That's the first time it's sung but the chart excerpt grandinq posted is later in the song. The actual chords there (meas. 51-52 of chart) are F#dim7/A, D7b9 in the original key.

Since the bass will hopefully play (in new chart key) G & C, guitar could just play Edim7 throughout. Maybe shift up a m3 (still notes of Edim7) during meas. 52 like: xx2323 Hopelessly devot- xx5656 -ed

The Bbdim7 and Bmaj7 in measures 48 & 58 are also nonsensical. It's Bb+7 for the first one (Bb7 on "1" then the 5th moves up 1/2 step) and B+ (or Eb+/B for more correct note spelling) in meas. 58. After that the chart keeps using #9b9 for all m7 chords.

Ahh, OK. I was basing my comments on this statement by the OP:

"It’s the “voted to” of the first time she sings “hopelessly devoted to you”

To play this song "correctly" just think about Nashville in the late 70s.
