Diesnt really work. The EXP jack on a Strymon can do a few things but bypassing the pedal isn't one of them.
Kinda sucks because I have a crush on the El Cap and the Dig and would like to use both, but they aren't MIDI capable. Of course, I could add a mini effects gizmo or similar but would rather not.
Dammit Strymon, get your **** together!
Edit: I'm preferctly able to use the Favorite setting using a relay on the FX8 but that doesn't work quite perfectly. You set the pedal's Mix knobs all to minimum and save that as a Favorite, but when you switch to that Favorite, you lose trails whether or not you're in true bypass mode on the Strymon.
