Buzz when using high gain amps and drive pedals on AX8

When I run a high gain amp or even a clean amp with a drive pedal I get this buzz sound on a open D or fretted D on the low E string, What could be the coz of this buzz?
 
If your playing a strat with single coils your pickups could be to high, frets problems, ground in your wall outlets,or what thegrizman said . Are you using pedal outside the ax8 . Upload a preset, can see if it buzzes with us
 
Thanks guys , Im not using any out board effects and the buzz is there with all three of my guitars tried new cables and everything I could think of . I am pluged into a power conditioner . I will watch that video and thanks again
