Buying Third Party IR's - Another trip down the Rabbit Hole

I am constantly looking for the next greatest IR combo. Been down the rabbit hole more times than I will admit to. I have bought several ML Sound Lab packages and I have been using their M75 Greenback for about a year now. Last night I bought the Ownhammer 412 EDVH Essentials pack. This is my first Ownhammer purchase. The IR's are great, quality IR's. However, I am surprised at the lack of mic position choices provided. They provided 1 position per mic(10 mics). I guess I am just used to the ML packages that provide 6 to 7 positions per mic so I can be creative and design my own mix. They provided plenty of their own mix choices, none bright enough for my taste. I would gladly give up most of Ownhammer's mixes for more diversity in the individual mic placement IR's. Just my opinion.

just looked into that essentials one. It does seem to be more streamlined, which i'm assuming is where the name comes from lol. I can say, ownhammer's heavy hitters has 10 positions per mic for every cab/speaker combo.

I think the "essentials" packs are streamlined from what I can tell in the descriptions.
I have never purchased any "essentials" packs but can say all of my other ones from Ownhammer are full of mics, 10 placements, mixes with 10 placements, etc.
My favorite pack is the 412 FMAN, then probably 412 MRBW GNR and 412 MRCB.
@KyleHowdy the Heavy Hitters are great as well. I think I've used a few 212 cabs out of HH2.
