Bulb/Periphery - Rerecorded "Light" for fun! Up on Periphery

Hey guys, so in preparation for the Periphery album i rerecorded the song "light"
The drums were programmed by Orbo so this is how he is going to track them.
Used the Axefx for rhythms and s2.0 for drums, and pod for bass, cleans and leads (though not all the layers are there because i just got too tired of sitting in front of the computer haha)

I like to listen to your stuff when I ride my Mountain bike.

Which probably has a lot to do with why I'm having to buy a new de-railer. :twisted:
 
I think you should redo all guitars. Would sound so much smoother/harder. No aliasing-top end. What's a couple of extra days in a lifetime, right? Instead of: "that's the last time I used the POD on a record", it'll be: "That was the first time I used the AxeFX on a record". ;)

jocke, i would have but i was too tired to make similar lead and clean patches on the axefx, hell i didnt even do all the layers, i had been sitting in front of the computer long enough tweaking the axefx as it was haha, but yeah the final version will be all axefx an real drums hehe!

Great tones, greatly mixed in. Great song. One of the better ones (imho) for Periphery (personnaly I like your Bulb entries better :oops: ).
