Are you using the latest version of the Editor?

Post a screenshot showing the message and one of the firmware version on the unit.

Also, if this was a bug, you would probably want it in the FM9-Edit forum...

I got this a few times maybe a month ago on the axe fx 3 and when i updated the FM9 to the new FW last week, i then updated FM9-Edit. refreshed it after firing it up again post FM9-Edit update. Well...the next day it prompted me to update FM9-Edit again. lol

Im on a mac if that helps any. hasn't happened again since.

Did you try manually refreshing?

Settings > Refresh After New Firmware
