Bug: Requires Internet to run

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional. But, Axe Edit 3.2.0 will not start up if there is no internet connection on OS/X.

Works fine for me without internet on OS X 10.10.3. I would start checking log files to see if you can narrow the problem down.

This is surprised me so I just checked here. Disabled all ethernet on my iMac. Started Axe-Edit -- no problems. OS X 10.10.3 and the latest AE version. Works great.

Even tried Help -> Check for Updates... and it simply said "No updates available".
