Not a Bug bug in preset names / saving, names not getting saved

using 1.05.08, i'm finding that the preset names often don't get saved or get saved with a different name.

In the pictures you can see that:

• 400 jaz jc120 / tube pre bass 1.1
• 402 bill's bass mods 1.1 - slap
• However, look at what the preset list shows.
  • incorrect name for 400
  • Empty for 402
• Note that if I click on preset 402, it loads the correct preset even though the list shows empty
• note that if I click on preset 400 it loads the correct preset even though the list shows an incorrect name
