Bug: FC Edit incorrect channel wrap range for Tremolo

Axe-Edit handling of upper limit wrap range seems broken in 1.12.01. I'm trying to set the footswitch Hold function to Chan Inc/Dec. The upper limit is incorrectly capped to channels to A and B.

I can correctly configure the FC from the AXE-FX front panel, and things function fine, but Axe-Edit then displays a blank upper wrap limit.

This is v1.12.01 with the 20.00 Beta. I have not seen this behavior configuring the switches for other blocks in this manner, but I've only done a few others.

This is fixed for the next release.
