BUG compressor issues with 16.03 & 16.04

We don't consider that a bug. Since the number of tabs can change the screen refreshes when you select a type.

It will flash when just going from the current selection to the next, 1 tab. I just don't remember it doing this ever before. It doesn't affect functionality. Thanks!
