Bug: Channel Increment / Decrement in FC switch setup off by one

I noticed this the other day and forgot to post it: when picking channels for channel Increment / Decrement in the FC Editor, the channels are off by one.

The drop down list will show B-E instead of A-D... Selecting E as an example will result in D being selected.

Interesting. On my machine I see channels A-F on the Lower Limit list. F? And B-E on the Upper Limit.
