BUG: Assigning a Modifier - IIC++

Satch4u3

Experienced
When I attempt to assign a scene controller modifier to the USA IIC++ Overdrive control and change scenes, it's shutting off the audio and locking the meters on output 1. Instead of getting into, whats bound to be a confusing explanation on my end, load up the attached preset and do the following.

After loading the preset, change to Scene 4. It's a dirty sound.
Next in Axe Edit(Windows 10), right click the Overdrive control and select Scene Controller 1 as the source
Set the min to 7 and max to 10
Close out the Edit modifier window and go to the Controllers section
Select Scene Ctrl 1+2 menu and turn scene 6 under Scene Controller 1 to 10
Next change to scene 6

Here is where I get a pop and the Output meters are locked to the red. No audio but you can manipulate the front panel. When I change presets in this state, the display can sometimes fade to white. Also worth noting, if you recreate this without any connections to each block on the grid, there's no lockup of the Output 1 meters. Also I cannot seem to recreate this issue under any other amp model.
