I had an issue last year with my AX8 and despite being in Canada, FAS quickly arranged to have it repaired and returned to me and performed flawlessly since. FAS stands behind their product which puts them a cut above any other player in the field. We rarely consider support in the event of a problem but in reality, it is every bit as important as the features and tone which sold us on the AX8 in the first place.
Tip of the hat to FAS for making the best and supporting its end user base.
