Boss FS-7 Dual Footswitch

Hi,

Anyone using the Boss FS-7 pedal as Stand-in switches for FC-6 or FC-12?
Looks like it should work ok. Has A & B or A/B outputs. Stacked pedals
look pretty compact..

Update, just added 2 Boss FS-7 dual Footswitches to my FC-6/12 setup.
Very nice pedals! No power neccessary for basic latched use (no LED's
without adapter though). 2 Stacked pedals, 4 switches connected with 2
TRS cables. Hardly any more space than 2 switches.
 
I use mine to rock forward and back with View -1 and +1. Bottom hold is Tuner select, Top hold is Preset Select.
 
I just took apart my old pedalboard and have a spare FC-7. Can someone kindly point in the correct direction of the manual where I can read how to set this up? I'm new lol.
 
You can check out the FM3 manual External Switches section (Page 12). I'd recommend configuring the action of the switch by using a feature called Stand-in Switches.
