Boss Blues Driver BD-2

I'm selling my Boss Blues Driver BD-2 and wanted to see how close I could get my Axe-Fx II to sound like it. I'm able to get it to sound almost identical until I change pickups and then I have to tweak it again. I've attached the preset.

I don't no much about how electronics work but is this issue caused because the pedal adjusts differently to the pickups than the Axe-Fx II does?

Is there a setting in the Axe-Fx II that can emulate the same thing?

I tested my preset with 2 guitars: Ibanez RG421 and Ibanez S521 both have stock pickups but I removed the Tone control from the S521, well actually Ibanez's QC removed the Tone control because when I went to turn the knob, it just kept turning

That schematic is just a tiny little piece of the whole BD-2 schematic. It's essentially a discrete op-amp that boosts the signal prior to the diode clipping stage.
