Hi,
It seems lots of people do, or have done the dual-amp thing with 2 amps parallel (maybe with different IRs). But has anyone experimented with using one AMP block to boost another? Kinda like you'd use a drive pedal, except with an AMP block instead.
I know that this has been done with tube amps, using the preamp out of one tube amp to boost the imput of another tube amp.
Maybe I'm weird but I'm sitting at work fantasizing about boosting a 5150 or a recto with a vox AC30 or something...
So... anyone tried it? Any tips?
