Having some fun with the James Bond preset #227. I was making this recording to send to my dad but figured I’d post it up here as well. My pops is a huge Chantays, Dick Dale, Ventures and classic 60’s surf rock fan. Had the opportunity to take him to see Dick Dale in concert a couple of years ago. The first couple of riffs he showed me how to play when I picked up a guitar were Pipeline and the James Bond theme.
As I was going through the presets in the III I ran across this one and it made me smile. Hard part was trying to remember the first guitar riffs I learned 33 years ago. LOL!
Anyway, this preset really nails that vibe. Just me playing the stock preset. No tweaks at all. Short clip of the Pipeline riff and the James Bond theme guitar riff.
