You might want to elaborate.

As in a library of block presets built in within AX8-Edit, so when you load a phaser you can load the settings for a standard Phase 90, or when you load the formant you have block presets for a talk box, EQ presets for acoustic, piezo, etc.

This is already available in AX8 edit. It's called blocks library you can find it under the effect type.
