Block controls disappear after loading block setting

I've just experienced something I hadn't before with axe-edit/axe-fx 2. When I load a block setting from my library, the controls for that block disappear, and axe-edit looks as if there is no block selected on the grid. In order for the controls to be visible again, I have to click anywhere on the grid and then click back to the block I was editing.
Is this a known issue or just specific to me? Anyone else experience this?

That's how it works for me on my Axe-FX II. It's annoying.

Are you sure that you just experienced this for the first time, or did you just notice for the first time that this is how it works?

Kind of both - I never noticed it happen with the axe-edit III. But since going back to the axe II, I was expecting axe-edit I to behave the same as the axe-edit III. Also, I don't think this issue happens with my FX8-edit either, but will have to check that out.

You're correct. It is annoying! At least I know someone else has the same issue. Thanks for replying!
