Does the send/return cause any issues when using multiple outputs? I remember when I has separate outs for 1 and 2, using send/return would kill my signal. If I only used output 1, no issues.

Feedback send & return just route signals internally but they don't really change where you can send the final result. You might be thinking of something related to Input/Output blocks (or FX Loop on previous devices) and copy/echo functions.
