[implemented] Background the preset reading

It's not a huge deal, but the preset reading when you pop up the preset list takes just long enough to be annoying. Especially since it happens not only when you first open it, but also after saving a preset.

It would be nice if the updating happened in the background whenever it needs to be refreshed. That way there would be no delay when opening the preset list.

In the interim, you can have Axe-Edit read the presets when you launch the program in Settings>Preferences>Options.
