AXEFX3 ISSUE

I had band practice tonight and after maybe an hour, my screen went completely white and I couldn’t get it to go away. I powered it off, waited, and turned it back on a couple of times and nothing.

I have several gigs coming up and I’m not happy at all right now, I’m in a pinch.

I’ve only used this unit close to two weeks now.

Has anyone else had this issue?

My guess is detached ribbon cable. Only issue I ever had with ANY Fractal gear ever, and only once, was ribbon cable loose. Simple fix and I've used Fractal for over 10 years now. Gigging often. Don't worry....they stand behind their stellar reputation.

That’s something you fixed yourself or you had to send in?

I had it happen after only a few uses. I emailed and got a reply within minutes (it was early in the day). I mailed it back that afternoon and they fixed it and mailed it back same day they received it. I’ve used it every day this month and had my first show this weekend with no issues.

If you’re handy with electronics you can take a peek inside and see if the cables are seated. Use all the normal electronics safety cautions, but checking cables is pretty simple. It would eliminate the most common cause of display issues.
