AxeFx Ultra, Looper doesn't respont to MIDI very well

Hi,

my Ultra (FW 10.03) doesn't respond to MIDI commands as I think it should. For example it does start to play when I send the midi command, but if I send it again it does NOT stop. This shouldn't be the case, should it? How should I stop looper playback if this is how it's supposed to work????

Aren't there different cc #'s for each looper command?

Edit. Maybe the switch type is set wrong. Momentary vs. Latching etc.

A value of 0 (or anything in the 0-63 range IIRC) for the play CC# will stop playback. Make sure you're not just sending 127 again because that won't stop it.

I'm using the Gordius Little Giant controller and I actually have got quite some know how about MIDI but I couldn't get it to work until now. I'll try everything that you guys suggested. I think I already tried different CC values but maybe I forgot something :)

For those using the Gordius LG, you can checkout a setup file that I uploaded to the Gordius site.
I've made some improvements (pressing play directly from record didn't work correctly) that I'll upload soon.
But the looper should work fine, fast and reliably.
