Bug? Axefx has opposite of latency in reaper

So I’ve been happily recording using the axefx 2 and enjoying it immensely. One thing I’ve noticed though is that I have the opposite of latency when I record in reaper: the axe is a few mili seconds BEFORE the music I am recording over. This doesn’t happen with the mic on my m audio fast track so I’m guessing it’s an axe related issue. I’ve been having to shift the recordings I do right by just a tiny bit. Does anyone know what is going on? Is there a latency compensator on the axe or something? I haven’t been able to find anything on this so I thought I’d ask here. Thank you
 
Ahhh thanks I didn’t think it was daw related because my audio interface was in perfect time. Even if it is the axe that should work although I’ll have to calculate the exact time it’s off to set it right :D
After looking at that link I’m thinking maybe something is off with the axefx drivers though
