Axe issue or MFC issue?

Probably just operator error here but I decided to experiment with IA switching and setup a momentary switch for a flanger, yup u guessed it for "Unchanged", lol.
After I set it on mfc and save everything, it works great. I go back to the preset and the IA switch isn't lit as if there's no flanger in the preset and I check in edit/midi and it's still set to flanger 1. In my other EVH patch with flanger 2 same setup, one will save fine but if I go and reset the other one the light on mfc is off and the mfc isn't seeing the flanger. What's going on here?

The MFC button can be either Flanger 1 or Flanger 2, not both... Sounds like you're using Flanger 2 on the MFC.

Ahhh yep! My two EVH presets each have the flanger Unchanged is flanger 1 and the "ain't talkin bout love" patch just happens to be flanger 2 not sure why must not have really paid mind when I built the patch. So the same button, IA 6 for both must be flanger 1 and in each patch flanger 1 for mfc IA.
