Axe II and 4 channels via digital?

Is possible to send 4 channels (wet+dry) audio from Axe II to computer via digital outputs (NOT via USB) ???

No, it's either/or. Same thing on the Axe-FX III. You'd have to use mono wet to send wet+dry digitally without usb.

Do you mean send wet+dry as stereo (2 channels), yes?

That's right. Depending on what you're trying to do, using an aggregate is another option if you're on a mac. See the recording guide for details.
