Bug? Axe FX2 - mcf 101 random bypass mid show

Hi Guys,

Currently touring with a guitar player (I'm the monitor engineer) with an AxeFx 2 with mcf101 controller. But today, for the 2nd time this week the axe fx just jumped to bypass mid show... Is there a button combination on the mcf that can cause this?
Or could it be a dodgy utp between the 2?

It started doing this week, week 5 in the tour. But the unit had a flight date in between, so maybe it bumped?

We had 2 shows on one location, no issues yesterday unit hasn't moved overnight.

Help?

P.s. It's the general bypass on the unit itself, displays states bypass
 
You mean as if the Bypass button on the Axe Fx front panel has been pressed?

As far as as I am aware, the MFC could not trigger that... Although maybe that option is possible via sysex, I'm not aware of any way the MFC would trigger that.

I would be more suspect of something on the Axe Fx itself.

You should check to make sure all the ribbon cables are firmly seated inside the Axe Fx.

Also, check with support@fractalaudio.com. They'll get you sorted out.
