Axe-Fx XL sending midi data although send realtime sysex is turned off

Axe-Fx keeps sending:
F0 00 01 74 06 23 00 7F 5F F7

Edit:

After turning the unit off and on again (an old IT Crowd trick) the following happened:
The screen remained blank
all lights on the input volume meters were lit and stayed on
the screen slowly faded in on to the IO-Midi screen

Removing USB cable and the connection to the pedal and turning it off and on again restored it.
Quite scary.

But then it stopped sending midi

That's a looper state message, do you have looper mode engaged on the MFC ?

Does it also happen if you don't have the looper block in your preset ?

It doesn't do it anymore.
I think it was a glitch.
I keep switching between transmitting ALL and NONE and it's ok now.
