Axe FX user having issues w/my new AX8

Hey all, I know my AxeFXII inside and out, but in AX8 edit I have run into a problem

I went to Bank 20, an empty bank, and preset 1. I create a patch similar to my AxFXII. I saved it, then left it and came back. When I come back my amp block has auto default back to 59 bassguy and all parameters are on ZERO. Tried a text preset. copied an amp block from one of Cliff's presets and pasted it in the test preset. When I leave that preset and come back, everything is 59Bassguy and all ZERO........

I give up......... Walkin away for now.......... See attachments

I would try a different preset location and if it still will not stay as you saved it I would start a support ticket.

maybe do a hard reset since i havent done anything at all on this thing yet?

Just wanted to let everyone know, I did a system reset and so far so good. thanks!
