My Axe FX Ultra has been crackling on some presets and the output drops. I used to be able to tap the face of the unit and it would fix. As if something were loose. But now, tapping it doesn't work. I had emailed Fractal support a long while back and they said for me to call them because the fix was easy and I probably didn't need to send it in. But I got extremely busy and just started using my other gear.
Does anyone know what might be wrong and how I can fix it? I'd like to use it again since there were some presets on there I really loved. Thanks.
