Bug? Axe Fx Std freeze and crash

Hi there,

I have trouble with a Axe Std I´ve bought 2nd hand.

The Unit freezes almost every 10-60minutes. There´s no Signal coming trough, the Display freezes and so do the Input level LEDs.

I´ve done and checked many things:

- fan is working
- complete factory reset
- no midi connected. just guitar and output

i´ve read about this kind of error in other posts, but i´ve found no solution....


maybe there´s someone who´s willing to tell me more?

Had that problem once before, it was a corrupt preset for me,so every time I started it would crash.some how I was able to get it off that preset before it crashed and then deleted the preset,could try a reset system parameters in utility or a restore factory bank,but you will lose any thing you made for patches in that bank.

Hmm... I tried to overwirte the presets with the stock ones. no crashes since that! not sure it was the error, but it does´t look bad at all!

It must have been this kind of issue! just one crash wile copying a Multi-Dly from a factory-preset to a new one. deleted it and now, i´m fine since one week an houres of playing and editing!
