Axe FX Standard - Intelligent Harmony - Custom Scale

I have an opportunity to buy a Axe Fx Standard and one reason for purchasing it is that I thought it had the ability to do limited custom scale harmonization.

1) Is the custom scale option only available on the Ultra?

2) Or can I adjust the intelligent harmony in the Standard model?

The manual for the intelligent harmony states: "CUSTOM NOTES - Sets the number of notes when using a custom scale. Custom scales can have between four and eight notes."

I am trying to reproduce the Boys Are Back In Town and Hotel California harmonies.

Help!

The standard can use a custom scale in Intel. Harmony mode, but doesn't have custom shift mode. That mode plus a second pitch block makes the Ultra a better choice for harmonies like those.
